| The NSC U12 Girls Storm participated in the Newton Girls 19th
annual Columbus Day tournament. Facing teams from Needham, Brookline,
Newton and Framingham would prove to be some of the toughest competition
the girls have faced this season. The theme of the weekend was focused
teamwork and the girls did not disappoint. They played their best soccer
of the season to run the table going undefeated in 4 games, including 3
shutouts, of group play, and earned second place after being defeated by
another unbeaten team from Newton in the finals on Sunday. All the
parents and coaches would like to thank and congratulate the Storm for
their hard work and dedication in providing a great weekend of soccer
for all!
